The load class must be chosen from the actual installation location and the traffic it carries — not from the size of the cover. Dimensions alone do not determine a class.

These four items are not interchangeable. A standard reference states what the framework is designed to. Test evidence and a certificate apply to a specific product or family, and a manufacturer declaration is issued by the manufacturer. Evidence must be applicable to the exact product supplied.
